Shipping & Returns
Shipping of original art paintings on canvas or paper is always Free of Charge unless the
client has special requests. Paintings will be carefully wrapped in a secure
box and shipped registered.
Once purchased processing times are between 3-5 business days before shipping. It usually takes an additional 5-7 working days to receive the artwork.
Original Art Premium Prints
Shipping of original art premium prints is Free using our Standard service USPS First
Class Mail (2 - 7 days). Additional delivery service we use is USPS
Priority Mail (1 - 3 days). Price is between $10.95 and $39.95 depending on
weight and size of artworks.
Once purchased processing times are between 3-5 business days before shipping.
Worldwide shipping is available upon request.
For unframed premium art prints shipping is $19.95 (5 - 15 days). For framed premium
art prints and original paintings prices depend on size, weight
Any import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

PickUp for Original Paintings
PickUp from Houston, Texas is available for original paintings only
and upon request and availability.
Please follow the instructions at checkout. Make sure that you leave
good e-mail address or phone number so I can contact you in
order to arrange convenient time for pick-up.
We hope you are very happy with the item(s) you purchase. If for some reason your item arrives damaged we would be happy to send you another item at no additional cost, once
the insurance claim is complete. We take the utmost care in packaging the goods, and only use reliable, professional carriers. Nevertheless, you must
examine goods on arrival before signing for them.
Goods must be moved carefully from packaging as the we accepts no liability for any damage incurred to the artwork during unpackaging. An artwork will not be shipped if the
condition is not as dictated by Katiyana Nova.
We will refund the full purchase price of any goods which are delivered in a damaged or faulty condition (other than due to failure to follow instructions or misuse). Alternatively, at your option, we will replace the item with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability). If a
product is damaged, please contact us at once and no later than 3 days of receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement item and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if
the problem is due to normal wear and tear.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
original paintings, framed prints, commissions, custom or personalised orders cannot be returned.
In particular circumstances, a partial refund or full refund may be provided
solely on the discretion of the artist.
