Mask
$4,800.00

Oil on canvas, 30×40 inches

A face emerges in thick, chaotic strokes—partially revealed, partially obscured. The texture is aggressive, raw, layered with oil like sediment of feeling. Color explodes at the edges, while the eyes remain hollow, unreadable. Is it a portrait, a disguise, or a shield?

“Mask” speaks to the layered nature of identity - how we protect ourselves, how we express, and what we choose to hide. It is both confrontation and retreat, expression and silence. A presence that dares the viewer to look - and to question what they see.
